Mike earned his BFA in Graphic Design and Communications from Savannah College of Art and Design in 1991. He has held various design and media development positions which have contributed to his diverse knowledge in internet marketing, interactive media development and video/audio production. His understanding of the fundamental tools and applications, lead him to his true passion - brand and marketing strategy.
Before joining Sherpa Brand Marketing, Mike was the Marketing Manager with Alcoa Fujikura, where he managed the marketing for multiple product and service divisions for 7 years. In 2007, Mike co-founded NexTech Marketing – a results-driven marketing measurement company that deployed decisive tracking and measurement techniques for client’s marketing tactics. As a result of the merger between At Large Marketing and NexTech Marketing in 2008, Mike joined the Sherpa Brand Marketing team as the media integrator strategist to assist clients in developing and measuring multiple forms of branded media to achieve their marketing objectives.
With a past client-base like Alcoa, AT&T Wireless, Daimler Chrysler, Fluor Daniel, Michelin North America, and Proctor & Gamble, Mike has a clear understanding of the value and importance of brand-driven marketing. He now looks forward to leveraging his industry knowledge and experience to Sherpa Brand Marketing’s clients.
